Entry for The London-Paris 2014

Following the hugely successful tenth edition of The London-Paris, HotChillee will open a limited number of first-come-first-served Early Bird entries for The London-Paris 2014 at 12 noon (BST) on 2nd July and all Official Team enquiries are being taken now. The London-Paris 2014 will take place on 26th to 29th June 2014 and entries will again be restricted to 450 places, which in previous years have sold out within seconds.  Early Bird entries must be paid for in full at entry.

Ballot places will also be available from 2nd July after Early Bird entries have sold out and will close on 31st July at 5pm (BST), with successful riders being notified by 9th August.  Payment can then be made in full or in 4 equal instalments.

All Official Team enquiries should be directed to Charlotte@hotchillee.com. Team entries will also be finalised by 9th August.

As a major part of the event takes place in Europe billing is in Euros (conversions below are based on the exchange rate of 1.185), the cost of entry is €1,700 (¬£1,435) and includes the following:

  • Training Rides
  • Secure car parking for the duration of the event
  • Baggage forwarding
  • Full service corps technical support
  • Rolling road closures and escorts
  • Timing and race number
  • Access and use of event digital photos and film
  • Event t-shirt
  • SiS gels and energy bars

Stage 1 - London to Calais

  • Breakfast snacks at Start
  • Lunch
  • Channel Crossing (via Channel Tunnel)
  • Bike forwarding to Stage 2 start venue
  • Bus service to hotel
  • Dinner in Calais
  • Overnight hotel accommodation

Stage 2 - Calais to Amiens

  • Breakfast
  • Bus service to start
  • Lunch
  • Bus service to hotel
  • Dinner
  • Overnight accommodation

Stage 3 - Amiens to Paris

  • Breakfast
  • Bus service to start
  • Lunch
  • Arrival champagne
  • Official Finishers Medal
  • Overnight accommodation

Day 4 - Rest Day

  • Breakfast

Not included in your entry:

  • Dinner in Paris (Day 3) - Anniversary party/dinner tickets are optional
  • Lunch in Paris (Day 4) before departing back for London
  • Repatriation
  • Alcohol and drinks (coffee, tea, etc)
  • Components, spare parts
  • Massages (these can be purchased during the tour)
  • Travel insurance and British Cycling or other membership
  • Transport of bike boxes to Paris if required
  • Strong legs!

Cape Rouleur 2014 Stage 3 results - Dlamini wins 36ONE Yellow Jersey for Elton John Aids Foundation (EJAF)

Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. Nicholas Dlamini riding for UBS/EJAF has won the coveted 36ONE yellow jersey at this year's Cape Rouleur. Karl Platt of Team Bulls won the Pro Category jersey. The ladies jersey went to Jo Merritt, with the climbers jersey to Josh Hodge and Bradwin Daniels the talented development rider from Cape Town Giants winning the sprinters jersey.
